Shipping and Return Policy
Federal law (USA only) restricts the sale of Alpha-Stim devices by or on the order of a licensed healthcare practitioner.

A prescription or order from a licensed healthcare professional is NOT required to order Alpha-Stim® accessories and supplies.
By default, we ship Alpha-Stim® devices, accessories and supplies by USPS Priority Mail (tracking information available) and your package will typically arrive in 2-3 business days, although delivery times through USPS are not guaranteed. We waive shipping charges on purchases of Alpha-Stim devices. Our default shipping charge (USPS Priority Mail) for rental devices is $10. There is no shipping charge if your order of supplies and accessories exceeds $50. USPS shipping is available Monday through Saturday, excluding all major U.S. holidays.
We can expedite your shipment if you indicate this preference with your online or phone order, or directly on the rental contract. The cost of UPS 2nd Day Air is $45 and the cost of UPS Next Day Air delivery is $65. Please note that UPS shipping options are available Monday through Friday only, excluding all major U.S. holidays.
Orders received by 12:00pm (noon) Pacific Time will typically ship the same day.
Return Policy (Alpha-Stim® products)
If you are not completely satisfied with your Alpha-Stim® unit, return it within 60 days (applies to purchases only, not rental devices), return postage paid by customer, in its original salable condition, including all accessories, original packaging, manual, treatment protocols and DVD. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. The purchase price will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the cost of shipping and handling at the time of purchase. This policy applies only to Alpha-Stim® units purchased directly from Allevia Health, Inc. Because of the nature of these products, sales of accessories, supplies, tapes, books and multiple units are final. Please see our rental policy for instructions on returns of rental devices. For your protection, all packages should be sent to us through a traceable and insurable method. Please allow 21 days for us to process your credit.
Return Policy (GAPO products)
GAPO stretching mat is a personal care item and is returnable only in its original unopened packaging and unused condition within 60 days, return postage paid by customer. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. The purchase price will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the cost of shipping and handling at the time of purchase. Because of the nature of this product we are unable to accept returns of opened or used merchandise. For your protection, all packages should be sent to us through a traceable and insurable method. Please allow 21 days for us to process your credit.
